Opinion entered by the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board on December 6, 2011, revoking respondent's license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia effective October 28, 2011, In the Matter of Tina Elizabeth Orr, VSB Docket No. 12-000-089059.

An order to show cause was served upon respondent on March 22, 2012. The 21 day period referenced in MCR 9.120(C)(2)(b) expired without objection by either party and the respondent was deemed to be in default, with the same effect as a default in a civil action. Based on that default, the Attorney Discipline Board ordered that respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in Michigan, effective May 24, 2012. Costs were assessed in the amount of

$1,519.80.
