Effective May 23, 2011 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, effective March 13, 2010. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #54. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On May 20, 2011, the panel issued its order of eligibility for interim reinstatement conditioned upon petitioner's payment of bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. On May 23, 2011, petitioner complied with this condition and his interim reinstatementto the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date.
