1 . Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective March 25, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted of the crime of False Pretenses, $200-$1,000, in the 71-A District Court-lapeer, contrary to MCl 750.2183(A). Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days, effective March 25, 2011, and that he be subject to a condition relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $763.71.
