NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

Case No. 10-122-GA Notice Issued: April 18, 2011 Craig A. Rochau, P 24120, St. Joseph, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Berrien County Hearing Panel #2.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective April 16, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pleaded no contest to the allegations that he prejudiced the proper administration of justice; exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure or reproach; and engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice. Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1) and (2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(c).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $806.42.
