1. Reprimand 2. Effective February 5, 2011-Based on respondent's conviction of domestic violence, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 750.812, the panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,130.86.
