Case No. 10-47-GA Notice Issued: December 28, 2010 Kim Thomas Capello, P 27062, Novi, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #66.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 22,2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Based on respondent's admissions, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct that was contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, and good morals; and that violated a criminal law of a state or the United States, in violation fo MCR 9.104(A)(3) and (5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $1 ,175.87.
