NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

Case No. 10-64-GA Notice Issued: December 3, 2010 Clifford Woodards, II" P 60661, Southfield, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #10.

1 : Reprimand 2. Effective December 3, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.11S(F)(S), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he practiced law and held himself out as an attorney while suspended from practice for non­payment of bar dues, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(4); MCR 9.119(E)(1) and (3); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a) and (c).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $773.84.
