NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 11-130-JC Notice Issued: April 9, 2012

Jonathan Craig Hirsch, P 46952, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #104.

1. Suspension - 179 Days 2. Effective January 25,2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains

respondent's admission that he was convicted of fraudulent access to computers of more than $200 but less than $1,000, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL753.797(1)(b)(i).

Based on respondent's conviction and admission, the hearing panel found that respondent's conduct violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, contrary to MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 179 days, retroactive to January 25, 2012. Costs were assessed in the amount of $894.60.
