NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 10-118-JC Notice Issued: February 11, 2011 Bruce Crossman, P 26361, Pontiac, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #69.

1 . Reprimand 2. Effective February 11,2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Based on respondent's convictions in Oakland County Circuit Court of the misdemeanor offenses of assault and battery, in violation of Mel 750.81; and stalking, in violation of MCl 750.411 (H), the Grievance Administrator and the respondent agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. The parties further agreed that respondent shall be subject to certain conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Based on the stipulation of the parties, the panel found that respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5).

The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded with conditions and assessed costs in the amount of $868.08.
