1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective November 30, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that she was convicted of the misdemeanor of Operating While Intoxicated, in violation of MCl 257.6251-A. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days, and that respondent be subject to specific conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $755.71.
