1. Interim Suspension 2. Effective November 10, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan shall be suspended during the pendency of the proceedings now before a hearing panel in the instant matter - Grievance Administrator v James E. Nancarrow, Case No.1 0-110-GA.
The hearing panel accepted the parties' stipulation and, on November 10, 2010, issued an order suspendingrespondent'slicense to practice law, effective November 10,2010, and until further order of the panel.
