Effective November 12, 2010 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for two years on March 14, 2008. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was
granted by Kent County Hearing Panel #5, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.
On November 12, 2010, the hearing panel issued its order reinstating Mr. Hackett to the practice of law in Michigan effective November 12, 2010. Total costs were assessed in the amount
of $948.30.
