1. Reprimand 2. Effective November 6,2010 The hearing panel found that respondent was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257-6251-A. Additionally, the panel found that respondent failed to file an answer to the formal complaint; and failed to provide written notice of a conviction within 14 days after the date of conviction.
Respondent's conduct was in violation ofMCR 9.104(A)(4), (5) and (7); MCR 9.115(0); and MCR 9.120(A).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,220.43.
