Interim Suspension;
Effective September 14, 2010
At a public hearing, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator stipulated that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended in the immediate interim during the pendency of the proceedings in the instant matter - Grievance Administrator v Joshua R. Gordon, Case No.1 0-38-GA.
The hearing panel accepted the parties' stipulation and, on September 20, 2010, issued an order of suspending respondent's license to practice law, effective September 14, 2010, and until further order of the panel.
