NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Craig W. Sanders, P 56987, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, by the Attorney Discipline 80ard Ingham County Hearing Panel #4. 1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective September 8, 20101 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations that he failed to answer a request for investigation and knowingly failed to respond to a lawful demand for information from the Grievance Administrator, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A); MCR 9.113(8)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1 (a)(2); and 8.4(a) and (c).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $876.76.
