Michael Segesta, P 53933, Eastpointe, Michigan. Effective September 7,20101 Respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended, in the interim, on September 11, 2007. In accordance with MCR 9.128(0), his license was also suspended on February 12, 2008, for failure to pay costs.
These suspensions were to remain in effect until payment of costs and the filing of affidavits of compliance in accordance with MCR 9.119 and 9.123(A).
The proper affidavits have been filed and the costs have been reimbursed to the State Bar of Michigan. Accordingly, the suspensions were terminated on September 7,2010.
