NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

1. Suspension - 60 Days 2. Effective August 25,2010 Based on respondent's conviction in the 52-2nd District Court for domestic violence and attempted interference with electronic communications, in violation of MCl 750.81 (a)(2), MCl

750.92 and MCl 750.540(5)(a), the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline placing respondent on probation with conditions in ADB Case No. 08-21-JC. On January 20, 2010, the Grievance Administrator filed an order to show cause why discipline should not be increased for respondent's failure to comply with the conditions of that order.

On March 10, 2010, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which contains respondent's admission of his convictions in the 52-2nd District Court and the parties' agreement that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 60 days with conditions. The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel.

Based on respondent's convictions, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5). The panel further ordered that

respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 60 days, with conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $772.52.
