FINAL NOTICE OF DISBARMENT Case Nos. ii-ii-AI; 11-44-JC Notice Issued: July 24, 2014

James M. Cameron, P 41221, Dover, New Hampshire, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri County Hearing Panel #21.

1. Disbarred 2. Effective August 23, 20101 Respondent was convicted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine on eight counts of transportation of child pornography; four counts of receipt of child pornography; and one count of possessing child pornography, all felonies. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan is suspended effective August 23, 2010, the date of his felony convictions.

A discipline proceeding was instituted by the Grievance Administrator in accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(3) and respondent did not appear at the hearing. Based on the evidence of respondent's felony convictions, the panel found that he had engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law of the State of Michigan, contrary to MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).

The panel ordered that respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in Michigan, effective August 23, 2010, the date of his automatic interim suspension. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,728.47.
