Case No.1 0-82-JC Notice Issued: September 24, 2010 Andrew J. Moyle, P 71859, Atlantic Mine, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Upper Peninsula County Hearing Panel #1.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective September 24, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted of reckless driving, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.626. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9. 10 4(A)(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and costs were assessed in the amount of $755.71.
