Case No. 10-19-GA Notice Issued: August 24, 2010 Randall L. Shepard, P 35096, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #59.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 21,2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's plea of nolo contendere to the allegation that he failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in his representation of a client, in violation of Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 1.3.
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $763.00.
