NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 08-61-GA Notice Issued: October 14,2010

Beverly Nettles-Nickerson, P 37191, Haslett, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #2. 1. Suspension - Two Years and 11 Months 2. Effective September 17, 2010 The hearing panel found that respondent fabricated an e-mail, which she attached to her response to the Judicial Tenure Commission's investigation, as evidence that she had been on vacation on a day for which she had not been scheduled off.

Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCJC, Canon 2!; MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4); MCR 9.208(B); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a) and (c).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended for two years and eleven months. Costs were assessed in the amount of $3,580.47.
