Respondent was convicted in the Oakland County Circuit Court of two counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime, both felonies, in violation of MCl 752_796. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan is suspended effective June 29, 2010, the date of his felony conviction.
Upon the filing of a judgment of conviction, this matter will be assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
