Case No. 10-14-JC Notice Issued: August 3,2010 Randy O. Colbry, P 33053, Corunna, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #3.
1 . Reprimand 2. Effective July 28,2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted of operating while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, in violation ofMCL 257.6251-A, and pleaded no contest to his failure to stop at a scene of property damage, a misdemeanor, in violation of 257.618. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $776.96.
