Case No. 10-15-JC Notice Issued: July 30,2010 Michael T. Maddaloni, P46733, lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #4.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective July 28, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted of operating while impaired, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.6253A.
Respondents conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5). Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $776.96.
