On February 10,2010, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order of interim suspension pursuant to MCR 9.115(H) based on respondent's notification to the Board that his physical and medical condition prevented him from attending the review hearing scheduled for March 17,2010.
On February 22,2010, respondent filed an emergency motion for reinstatement and, on March 10,2010, the Board granted respondent's motion. The notice of interim suspension, issued February 17,2010, is hereby vacated, effective March 10, 2010.
