NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 09-117-JC Notice Issued: April 5, 2010 James R. Lancaster, Jr., P 38567, Lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #5.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective April 2, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted, by guilty plea, of operating while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, in the 53rd District Court, in violation of PACC 257.6251-A. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $811.76.
