1. Reprimand 2. Effective April 2, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pleaded no contest to the allegations in the formal complaint that she knowingly failed to respond to a lawful demand for information from a disciplinary authority; and failed to timely answer a Request for Investigation, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(3) and (7); MeR 9.113(A) and (8)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1 (a)(2) and 8.4(c).
8ased upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $783.40.
