NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

and NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC REINSTATEMENT Case No. 10-39-RD Notice Issued: September 21, 2010

Craig P. Colby, P 12038, Portland, Oregon, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #52.

1. 2.

and 3. 4.

Suspension - 30 days Effective March 3, 2010

Automatic Reinstatement Effective September 21, 2010

The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that she was suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for 30 days, effective March 3, 2010, and has since been reinstated. The parties agreed that the imposition of an identical 30 day suspension of respondent's license to practice law in Michigan, retroactive to March 3, 2010, is not clearly inappropriate, per MCR 9.1 04(B)(5). Costs were assessed in the amount of $761.42.

In accordance with MCR 9.123(A), the suspension was terminated with the respondent's filing of an affidavit of compliance with the clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court on September 21, 2010.
