1. Reinstated 2. Effective June 30, 2011 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 180 days, effective November 16, 2010. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #108. The panel concluded that petitioner
had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules.
The panel is in the process of preparing its report and order, but is not aware of any compelling reason why its decision should not be given immediate effect. On June 30, 2011, the panel issued its order of interim reinstatement and respondent's reinstatementto the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective on that date.
