NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION Case No. 07 -168-GA Notice Issued: March 2, 2011

Sue E. Radulovich, P 33346, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #5.

1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective February 1, 2010 The hearing panel found that respondent charged an excessive fee; improperly acquired a pecuniary interest adverse to her client; and revealed or used client confidences to the disadvantage of her client. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1) and (3); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.5(a); 1.6(b)(3); 1.8(a) and (b); 1.9(c); and 8.4(a) and (c). The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days. The panel also ordered that respondent be subject to a condition relevant to the established misconduct.

Respondent filed a petition for review and the Grievance Administratorfiled a cross-petition. On June 25,2010, the Attorney Discipline Board issued its order affirming the hearing panel's order of suspension, but modifying the effective date of suspension to commence on February 1, 2010.

Respondent filed a motion for reconsideration, which was denied by the Board. Respondent then filed an application for leave to appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court which was denied on February 7,2011. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $4,621.48.
