FINAL NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case Nos. 08-22-AI; 08-85-JC; 08-140-GA Notice Issued: January 24, 2011 Frederick M. Toca, Jr., P 56608, Atlanta, Georgia, by the Attorney Discipline Board, affirming Tri-County Hearing Panel #67's order of revocation.

1 . Revocation 2. Effective January 27,20101 With respect to Case Nos. 08-22-AI and 08-85-JC, the hearing panel found that respondent was convicted of forgery of license documents/plates, a felony; and three misdemeanors: driving while license suspended, forgery of license documents, and no valid license in possession. Thes~ matters were subsequently consolidated with Formal Complaint 08-140-GA, which was filed on September 30, 2008.

Respondent failed to file an answer to that formal complaint and was found to be in default. Based on his default, the panel found that respondent, in a personal injury matter, filed false evidence with the trial and appellate courts.

Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(5); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c).

Respondent filed a petition for review and on July 30, 2010, the Attorney Discipline Board issued its order and opinion affirming the hearing panel's order of revocation. Respondent filed an application for leave to appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court, which was denied on December

20,2010. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $3,144.74.
