Case No. 09-74-JC Notice Issued: January 8, 2010 Matthew J. Oil/on, P 65557, Clawson, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #64.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective January 7, 2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that he was convicted, by gUilty plea, of menacing, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct Costs were assessed in the amount of $769.42.
