NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 09-70-GA Notice Issued: January 5, 2010 Robert I. Schellig, Jr., P 19964, Boca Raton, Florida, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #53.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective January 5,2010 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegation that he failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the firm had in effect measures giving reasonable assurance that the conduct of a non-lawyer was compatible with the professional obligation of the lawyer, in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 5.3(a).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded, with conditions related to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $763.17.
