Effective August 24, 2007, respondent was suspended from the practice of law for 179 days by a hearing panel of the Attorney Discipline Board. Resp9ndent filed his affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A) on March 30, 2009. The Attorney Discipline Board has been informed by the State Bar of Michigan that respondent paid his past due and current bar dues on September 1, 2009, and the suspension is considered terminated as of that date.
