Suspension - 30 Days Effective October 24, 2009
The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline containing respondent's admission that he was convicted of malicious use of a service provided by a telecommunications service provider, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 750.540E. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The parties agreed that respondent should be suspended for 30 days with conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $873.04.
