1. Reprimand 2. Effective March 24, 2010 The hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct by being discourteous and disrespectful to court officers, in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 6.5(a), and issued an order that he be reprimanded.
Respondent filed a timely petition for review and on February 23, 2010, the Attorney Discipline Board issued its order affirming the hearing panel's order of reprimand. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $2,661.50.
