1. Suspension - 18 Months 2. Effective March 2, 20101 Respondent was convicted in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, for Illegal Gambling Business, a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1955.

Based on respondent's conviction and the testimony presented at the public hearing, the panel fond that respondent had committed professional misconduct and ordered that his license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 18 months, retroactive to Marcl:l 2, 2010, the date of his felony conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,995.72.
