NOTICE OF REPRIMAND & RESTITUTION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 08-33-GA Notice Issued: September 14,2009 William R. Cohen, P 57965, Boca Raton, Florida, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #805.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective September 11, 2009 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of. discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F){5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations ' that, in a civil complaint, he failed to adequately communicate with his client; practiced law while suspended for non-payment of dues; and failed to withdraw as counsel, in violation of MeR 9.119{E){1); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4(a) and (b); and 1.16(a)(1).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and that he be subject to conditions relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $819.55.
