On April 10, 2020, Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #5 entered an Order of Suspension and Restitution With Condition (By Consent) in this matter suspending respondent from the practice of law in Michigan for 120 days, effective August 1, 2020.
On December 2, 2020, respondent, James L. Galen, Jr., submitted an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), stating that he has fully complied with all requirements of the Order of Suspension and Restitution With Condition (By Consent). The Board was advised that the Grievance Administrator had no objection to the affidavit; and the Board being otherwise advised;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that respondent, James L. Galen, Jr., P 43406, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan effective December 4, 2020.
