NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 09-40-RP Notice Issued: November 19,2009

Kenneth Lynn, P 16895, Farmington Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. 1. Reinstated 2. Effective November 19, 2009 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for 180 days on July 15, 2008. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #52, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibil.ity for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.

On September 14, 2009, the hearing panel issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement with a specific condition to be met before petitioner could be reinstated to the practice of law in Michigan. The Board received written proof of petitioner's compliance with that condition and issued its order of reinstatement with conditions on November 19, 2009. The hearing panel also imposed additional conditions effective upon petitioner's active reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $367.60.
