NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 09-37-JC Notice Issued: August 31, 2009 James L. Lindon, P 64433, Avon, Ohio, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #3.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 29, 2009 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted, by guilty plea, of Disorderly Conduct - Persisting - W509.03E3A, a misdemeanor, in the Rocky River Municipal Court in Rocky River, Ohio. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $760.98.
