NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 08-179-RP Notice Issued: November 18,2009

Terry J. Nolan, P 39093, Muskegon, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. 1. Reinstated 2. Effective November 18, 2009 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was originally suspended for 180 days on January 15, 2003. His license was suspended for an additional three years on November 17, 2003. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MeR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Muskegon County Hearing Panel #2, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.

On May 21, 2009, the hearing panel issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement with two specific conditions to be met before petitioner could be fully reinstated to the practice of law in Michigan. The Board received written proof of petitioner's compliance with those conditions on November 18, 2009, and his reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective on that date. The hearing panel also imposed additional conditions effective upon petitioner's active reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,539.92.
