NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 08-163-GA Notice Issued: September 28,2009

Bradford T. Yaker, P 53476, Bingham Farms, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #56.

1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective September 26, 2009 1 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations that, subsequent to his suspension from the practice of law effective February 6,2007, he failed to notify three clients, the courts, the State of Illinois, and the National Association of Securities Dealer's Arbitration Board of his disqualification from the practice of law, in violation of MeR 9.119(A) and (8).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $774.24.
