Effective June 17, 2009 In accordance with MeR 9.128(D), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on January 22, 2009 for failure to pay costs as ordered in Grievance Administrator v Deborah A. Dickson, Case No. 07-170-PI.
In accordance with MeR 9.128(E), respondent requested a payment plan which was granted by the Attorney Discipline Board. On June 17, 2009, respondent filed an affidavit in compliance with MCR 9.123(A) with the Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court and her suspension was terminated on that date.
