1. Suspension - Three Years 2. Effective April 23, 2009 Respondent was not in attendance at the hearing but was represented by counsel. Respondent entered a plea of guilty in the Macomb County Circuit Court, to one count of CSC-4th, in violation of Mel 750.520E1A. Additionally, respondent was found to have violated a previous order of probation with conditions which was effective June 5,2007.
The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for three years, retroactive to April 23, 2009. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,371.51.
