1. Suspension - 30 days. 2. Effective July 29, 2009 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that she was suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for 30 days, effective July 29,2009, and has since been reinstated. The parties agreed that the imposition of an identical 30 day suspension of respondent's license to practice law in Michigan is not clearly inappropriate, per MCR 9.104(8)(5).
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days, retroactive to July 29,2009. Costs were assessed in the amount of $757.00.
