Michael J. Shovan, P 43362, Saginaw, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. 1. Reinstated 2. Effective May 27,2009 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for four years on September 9, 2002. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MeR 9.123(8) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-Valley Hearing Panel #1, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily

established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.
