FINAL NOTICE OF TRANSFER TO INACTIVE STATUS PURSUANT TO MCR 9.121 (A) Case No. 09-41-PI Notice Issued: July 17, 2009

Effective May 26,2009 The Grievance Administrator filed a notice of incompetency and/or disability, pursuant to MCR 9.121 (A), showing that respondent had been judicially declared incompetent. On May 26, 2009, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an interim order transferring respondent's license to inactive status, pursuant to MCR 9.121 (A), pending an update on respondent's status as an incapacitated individual.

On June 22,2009, the Grievance Administrator filed a report confirming respondent's status as an incapacitated individual and the Attorney Discipline Board issued a final order transferring respondent's license to inactive status, pursuant to MCR 9.121 (A), for an indefinite period and until further order of the Board.
