1 . Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective March 21, 20091 Respondent failed to comply with the order of discipline issued in Grievance Administrator v Scot R. Robinson, Case Nos. 08-129-JC: 08-130-GA, in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(9) and MCR 9.119(C).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent's discipline be increased from a 30 day suspension to a 180 day suspension and imposed additional conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,690.71.
