Effective March 12, 2009 1 Based on respondent's conviction in the Saginaw County Circuit Court of delivering marijuana (MCLA 333.74012(0)(3)); possessing Vicodin and Oxycontin (MCLA 74032(B)-(B) and MCLA 74012(B)-(B)); possessing a firearm while committing a felony (MCLA 750.227(B)-(A)); continuing a criminal enterprise (MCLA 750-159(1)(1)); obtaining more than $1,000 under false pretenses (MCLA 750.218(5)(A)); failing to file income taxes in 2004 and 2005 (MCLA 205.271A); assault with intent to commit sexual penetration (MCLA 750520(G)(1)); and pandering (MCLA 750.455), the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,981.40.
